For me, success isn’t just a revenue number.
It’s closing the laptop at 5 PM to cook a great meal. It’s getting lost in a gaming session to recharge. Most importantly, it’s having the undistracted time to be a dad to my 14-year-old daughter.
That is my "Ultimate Aim" (my Telos).
I want to help you find yours.

Founder, Tielos
I didn’t start Tielos because I loved technology. I started it because I hated seeing good people drown in bad processes.
I watched my brother build his construction business from the ground up. I saw the late nights, the physical toll, and the constant stress of working in the business instead of on it.
He was successful, but he was always sore and always on the clock. I knew there had to be a better way.
At the same time, I was managing sales teams of 30+ people, launching "Pilot" programs in chaotic environments. I spent my days fighting fires, glued to my inbox, and sitting in meetings that could have been emails. I wanted to coach my team, but I was too busy managing the admin.
One afternoon, frustrated by a reporting task that ate up an hour of my day, every day, I decided to fix it. I built a simple automated system that pulled data, flagged anomalies, and updated the team—all without me touching a keyboard.
Suddenly, I had 5 hours of my week back. That was the "lightbulb" moment. I realized that for most business owners, the difference between burnout and breakthrough isn't working harder—it's building a system that works for you.
Today, I help service-based business owners install those same systems. My background in building sales and reporting infrastructures from scratch taught me one thing: Automation is useless if it’s complicated.
I don’t believe in "sky-high promises" or confusing jargon. I believe in the "Under-Promise, Over-Deliver" method. If I tell you I’m going to hold your hand through a transformation, I mean it. No swindling, no "ghosting"… just results.
My brand promise is "Systems for What Matters." I live by that, too.

Systems for What Matters.
We believe every owner and founder should have time to do two things.
See their Family.
Work on the business and not in the business.
We strive to create systems that let them do just that!
